Local Downtown businesses will offer wizard-themed brooms, hats, wands, food, beverages, crafts. Each downtown business will have a "clue" for the Wizard Quest Challenge to help solve this year's riddle and win a prize! Participants can visit each location Additional vendors and exhibitors will be located in front of the Silas Bronson Library from 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. Pick up your MAGIC MAP at MinuteMan Press located at 156 Grand St. This is your guide to magic & mystery in Downtown Waterbury. You will also find the latest map and updates on the Waterbury Harry Potter Day Facebook page!
12:45 p.m. THE OWLS ARE COMING presented by A Place Called Hope, a owl refugee that cares for owls that can not be returned to the wild due to injury or other factors. This is a show with a meet & greet with the owls in front of the Silas Bronson Library on the lawn.
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Costume Dance Party (all-ages. $2 entrance at the Courtyard Marriott)

PLAN B - RAIN. If there is serious threat of rain the day will proceed allowing attendees to visit downtown businesses. The outdoor activities at Silas Bronson Library will relocate to the Mattatuck Museum, where vendors, shows and exhibitors will be located in the Main Entrance Hall between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
