Since the March 2020 "Stay Safe, Stay Home" Executive Order (No 7J) by Governor Ned Lamont , several updates and phases of re-opening Connecticut have allowed many of our downtown businesses to re-open safely following guidelines. While many corporate and government organizations have chosen to allow their employees to work from home, others have enabled a return to work staggered schedule allowing many of the downtown businesses to continue to operate in adjusted methods. For current updates, please read the guidelines from DECD.
All of our downtown businesses require a face covering such as a face mask covering nose, mouth and chin when entering. Please respect their requirement, they are simply following guidelines to remain open and help stop in the spread of COVID-19.
