As part of the plan for downtown revitalization, staff from WDC and members of the Main Street Waterbury Economic Restructuring Committee mapped out a color-coded 5-district division of the downtown area. On that map, the Social District is outlined in red, the Municipal District outlined in yellow, the Central Business District in green, Arts and Education District in blue and Hospital District in purple.
